RENTAL CONDITIONS
Contact the owner by email or by phone.
A detailed rental contract/description will be sent to you by email.
To confirm the reservation, you will have to send back the contract with a deposit check of 30% of the price as well as a certificate of civil liability insurance for seasonal rental.
Pay the balance of the rental amount 10 days before your arrival
A deposit of 1000€ is required during your stay. It is not cashed and is returned at the end of your stay or within 15 days at the latest.
Rental for 2/4 persons maximum

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
We advise the curists to take a cancellation insurance* which covers not only the accommodation costs but also the transport costs, lost luggage ....
If the tenant cancels the rental, the full amount of the rental is due.
If the cancellation is made for a very serious reason occurring suddenly after the signature of the contract (death, loss of employment, serious accident, emergency intervention... on proof) more than 12 months before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded on proof.
If the cancellation for serious reason takes place between 12 months and 9 months, the deposit is kept by the owner (proof to be provided)
For less than 9 months, the totality of the rent is due, whatever the reason of the cancellation.

for this insurance it will cost you 2.8% of the amount of the rental excluding tourist tax.
